Displaying a photo or video on the Platform does not mean free use.
1. Distinct Rights
The same material may be protected by copyright, contractual licenses, personality and image rights of the model and protection personal data. Owning a file, paying for a photo shoot or accessing a portfolio does not in itself grant a right of exploitation.
2. Post portfolio
The uploader declares that he is the rightful owner or has written permission to post and display, keeps evidence and writes credit where required. WModels can request model release or photographer's license and to restrict material during investigation.
3. Private material
Access only provides a temporary view to evaluate a specific collaboration. It is forbidden to download, screenshot, screen recording, copy, save, share, publish, edit, use in pitch, dataset or AI without specific written permission.
4. Commercial license
Each production agrees in writing to specific material/campaign, media, organic or paid exposure, territory, launch and duration, exclusivity and competitors, cropping/retouching, any sublicensing to named partners, remuneration, renewal and takedown. Rights not expressly described are not granted.
5. AI, deepfakes and biometric use
AI training/fine-tuning, face swap, voice clone, avatar, production of new appearances or scenes, substantial alteration of body or face, biometric identification and transfer to dataset. AI-generated or manipulated material that can be perceived as authentic bears the required conspicuous and/or machine-readable labeling.
6. Reference and removal

7. Termination
Deleting stops the active view from WModels. Valid licenses already granted to third parties for a certain period are not automatically revoked either cured previous unauthorized use.
