WMODELS GUIDES

For photographers and shoot professionals

Offer photography, makeup, hair, styling or a location on WModels. Learn how to create a portfolio and what you need for access to models.

Show the work you can take on

If you are a photographer, makeup artist, hair professional or stylist, or offer a location for photo shoots, you can showcase your services on WModels. Your portfolio brings together a description, work samples and the areas you cover, helping a company quickly decide whether you suit its production.

Where to register

Select Professional registration. Choose your category first: photography, makeup, hair, styling or a photography location. Enter your name, country, email and password. If you offer several services, you can add them to the same portfolio after registration.

What to add in your dashboard

Confirm your email using the link we send you. Then add your city, service areas, a short description and up to 8 photos showing your work. Enter your Instagram and follow the verification instructions. You can save your portfolio as a draft and finish it later.

When your portfolio becomes visible

Once your email and Instagram are verified, submit your portfolio for review. After approval, it appears in the shoot team directory under your chosen categories. Approved companies and production teams can send an enquiry with a short description of the job. You will see it in your dashboard and receive an email you can reply to.

When a tax or VAT number is required

You do not need a tax or VAT number to showcase your portfolio. If you also want to find models for your own production, open “Request access to models” in your dashboard and submit your business details and tax or VAT number. Access is enabled after verification and approval. Unlocking model contact details follows the professional plans and credit rules.

A portfolio listing does not guarantee work. Availability, fees and terms should be agreed with the client before the collaboration begins.
