Every proposal must clearly state the work, pay, timing, location, and requested image use, and must respect the other party's refusal and boundaries. Agreed professional contact after a lawful unlock is not prohibited in itself.
The model may refuse a proposal outside their choices and report conduct that breaches these terms. A report does not automatically prove a breach: we review available evidence and both parties' explanations. Depending on severity and repetition, we may issue a warning, restrict access, suspend, or terminate an account under section 10. 8. Cancellation of subscription

9. Castings and bookings
Posting a casting or application is not a contract. Partnership is created only with written confirmation of fee, taxes, date, hours, place, expenses, deliverables, cancellation, security and image rights.
10. Moderation, reports and appeals
We may restrict content or an account for breaches of law or these terms. Reports about a professional's conduct are submitted privately from the model dashboard; reports of illegal content use the fdpma anafopds pepiexomenou. Receiving a report does not establish a violation. Bad-faith or knowingly false reports are prohibited. A person reviews the facts and selects a proportionate measure, such as a warning, restriction, suspension, or, for a serious or repeated violation, permanent account termination. Where required, we inform the affected user of the measure, the main reasons, and how to appeal.
11. Availability and Liability
We make reasonable efforts to operate securely without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect damages or acts of third parties. Liability that cannot legally be excluded nor mandatory consumer rights are excluded.
12. Cancellation and Termination

WModels Agency is an electronic platform for professional networking and online model booking. Despite its trade name, is not an agency or modeling agency, does not provide representation or career management services and does not act as an agent, employer or representative of a model, company, production or photographer.
The platform provides technical tools for profiles, search, castings, applications, controlled communication and access to material. It does not select models for an account professionals, does not determine the remuneration or terms of a production and does not enter into the basic cooperation agreement on behalf of users. The collaboration, the fee, tax and insurance obligations, deliverables, cancellation and image usage rights are agreed upon directly and in writing between the parties.
Any account or profile verification is about checking specific declared information. It is not a representation, recommendation or guarantee of quality, suitability, solvency, legality or successful completion of a partnership.
