Every booking needs a clear written agreement between the professional and the model.
1. Role of WModels in booking
WModels technically facilitates castings, applications and initial communication. Does not undertake modeling agency duties, does not represent any party, no sets or negotiates a fee, does not withhold a percentage of the model's fee, and does not guarantee the performance of the collaboration. 2. Mandatory written confirmation

3. Changes
Change of brief, place, hours, nudity, dangerous act, product, medium or extent of license requires new written acceptance and, where applicable, additional fee. Overtime is charged only according to the agreed written rule.
4. Cancellation of booking
The parties agree before the confirmation deadline and cancellation fee. Unless otherwise agreed, we suggest: no charge over 7 full days in advance, 50% from 7 days to 48 hours before and 100% under 48 hours or no-show. Proven non-refundable expenses are added. The parties may agree otherwise in writing.
Force majeure is considered on a case-by-case basis, with prompt notification and a reasonable attempt to reschedule. A simple change of preference or insufficient organization does not automatically constitute force majeure.
5. Delay and no-show
Each party informs immediately. Delay that frustrates the purpose of production can be treated as cancellation, depending on fault, actual damage and possibility of its limitation.
6. Safety and Dignity
A production must provide a lawful and safe environment, private changing space where required, a clear brief, and a responsible set. Professionals may propose only types of work the model has selected unless the model expressly asks to discuss something different. Harassment, discrimination, coercion, pressure after refusal, unagreed nudity, sexual content, and dangerous acts are prohibited. A model may refuse work outside their choices or stop because of a reasonable risk or material departure without waiving legal claims.
7. Taxes, Insurance and Employment
Each party complies with its tax, insurance, labor and licensing obligations. Legal characterization depends on the facts and not on the use of the Platform.

Despite its trade name, is not an agency or modeling agency, does not provide representation or career management services and does not act as an agent, employer or representative of a model, company, production or photographer.
The platform provides technical tools for profiles, search, castings, applications, controlled communication and access to material. It does not select models for an account professionals, does not determine the remuneration or terms of a production and does not enter into the basic cooperation agreement on behalf of users. The collaboration, the fee, tax and insurance obligations, deliverables, cancellation and image usage rights are agreed upon directly and in writing between the parties.
Any account or profile verification is about checking specific declared information. It is not a representation, recommendation or guarantee of quality, suitability, solvency, legality or successful completion of a partnership.
